THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The more info construction is cheap, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd purchased something us
